Responsible For
- Conduct comprehensive client consultations and detailed assessments to recommend appropriate treatments.
- Accurately record and update client information in the customer relationship system.
- Deliver a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to cavitation, laser hair removal, microblading, microneedling, HydraFacial’s, Black peel laser therapy, Light facial therapy, and Electronic muscle stimulation treatments.
- Cross-sell beauty products and participate in ongoing product specific sales training.
- Operate specialised beauty instruments and equipment proficiently and safely.
- Stay updated on new technologies and treatment methods and pursue certification as required.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct.
- Provide superior customer service to foster strong client relationships.
- Pursue performance-based partnership opportunities with the potential to become a partner based on performance after 1-5 years through KPI Driven assessments.

Educational Requirements
- ITEC or CIDESCO Essential
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an aesthetic role.
- Extensive knowledge of aesthetic treatments and beauty products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to operate specialized beauty instruments and equipment.
- Demonstrated sales skills and experience.
