Responsible For
- Conduct client consultations and assessments to determine suitable treatments.
- Record and maintain accurate client information in the customer relationship system.
- Cross-sell beauty products to clients and undergo product specific sales training.
- Operate specialised beauty instruments and equipment with precision and care.
- Stay updated on new technologies and treatment methods and pursue certification as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Pursue performance-based partnership opportunities with the potential to become a partner based on performance after 1-5 years through KPI driven assessments.

Educational Requirements
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an aesthetic role.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and beauty products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate specialised beauty instruments and equipment.
- Sales experience is a plus.
