Mid-Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant

Overview

Aurora Aesthetics & Sculpting Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage our financial transactions, payroll, stock take, and reporting across existing and new branches. The ideal candidate will have advantageous knowledge of Loyverse and Sage One accounting systems and will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and growth of our business.

Specific Skills
  • Utilise Loyverse and Sage One accounting systems for financial management and reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within these systems.
  • Provide training and support to other staff on these systems as needed
Responsible For
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Balance and reconcile accounts on a regular basis.
  • Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Manage payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle payroll queries and issues
  • Record and reconcile daily sales transactions.
  • Conduct regular stock takes and manage inventory records.
  • Report on stock levels and suggest reorder points.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
